Indonesia Petarangan Anaerobic Slow Dry Ordinary Lot


This season, we have 3 Ordinary Lot which came from Mt. Sumbing by Anggi Riandito's Farm at Petarangan. This one is from different location at his farm, this Anaerobic Slow Dry picked at 1400-1500masl and contains Kartika with S-Line795. Flavour developed from this process and this variety is unlikely the same as HSN Mossto, this coffee felt having more sweetness but less acidity than the 2000masl HSN Mossto.
The uniqueness of this coffee is really not too fermented, even did 240 hours of fermentation this coffee acentuate the fruityness and elegant sweetness. The controlled fermentation is focused on how the coffee fermentation is doing great with the enviromental in this area, Climate, Temprature, and many more complexity of Processing did by the Anggi Riandito Himself.
