Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe Guji Hafursha Washed

       This Month we just released Ethiopian coffees from Guji, Yirgacheffe named Hafursha Washed Process. We really like the Washed Process of an Ethiopian Coffees which produces Tea-like, Floral, and Elegant Taste from it's nature Origin. 

        Guji Hafursha bring back our memories before being a coffee roasters, we had some really elegant coffees from Ethiopia in the good old days. This coffee need long time to rest cause it's water activity as Green, so maybe better for 2 or 3 weeks of Rest after the roast date. Bring the 80+ppm and 94 degrees celcius of water when brew this coffee to make it sweeter and extract more of this coffee cause we are roast it light.
